How it Works
- Account Creation:
- Users can sign up and create an account on the platform.
- Buyer or Seller Role:
- Upon registration, users can choose to be a buyer or a seller of digital marketing services.
- Transaction Fee:
- For every successful transaction, a 3% transaction fee is charged to cover Stripe payment processing.
- Commission to Females In Marketing LLC:
- For each completed transaction, a 10% commission is deducted and forwarded to Females In Marketing LLC (operating as Women in Business Marketing).
- Females In Marketing LLC is a registered company located at 905 Lake Shore Drive, Lake Park, Florida.
- Hold Funds for Project Completion:
- Funds from a buyer are held securely in an FDIC-Insured Business Account until the seller completes the project or task.
- Approval of Projects or Tasks:
- Upon project/task completion, the buyer reviews and approves the work.
- Seller Withdrawal of Funds:
- Once the project/task is approved, sellers can initiate a fund withdrawal request.
- Seller payouts are currently only available through PayPal.
- On statements or transactions, seller payouts will appear as "FISDM."
- Credit Card Transactions:
- Credit card transactions made through the platform will appear as "Females in Digital" on the users' billing statements.
- Third-Party Service Disclaimer: We are a third-party service operating as an intermediary platform connecting buyers to sellers of digital marketing services. As such, we are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or any disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and communication while using our platform. Any transactions or engagements conducted on the platform are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
- Seller's Responsibility for State Taxes: Sellers are solely responsible for complying with their respective state tax regulations. Any tax liabilities arising from their earnings on the platform are the sole responsibility of the sellers. It is recommended that sellers seek advice from tax professionals to ensure proper adherence to state tax requirements.
